Cohaesio A/S was founded in 1996 as an
outspring from the Technical University of Denmark. The founder had
for some years been one of the main drivers behind a large fiber
optics network between the 7 main colleges surrunding the
University. The network was at that time the single largest
installation of high-speed internet connecting more than 2000
students with a minimum of 10 Mbits bandwidth - a breathtaking
speed even by todays standards.
With all this cutting-edge knowledge and a team of people from
the network project Cohaesio was founded and the main datacenter
was built. The datacenter is situated just next to the central
internet exchange with a premium operator capacity through
privately owned and redundant fiber optics cables.
Today Cohaesio is a full service ISP focused on providing
premium hosting services to quality aware companies. |
